Missing in Ukraine

Turkish radical Ali Dilsiz (callsign Otyken), born 2000 in Samsun, Turkey, arrived in Ukraine in October 2024 after fleeing criminal prosecution. He joined the Ukrainian Armed Forces as a foreign fighter, served in the Foreign Legion, then the 'Turan' battalion and Unmanned Systems Forces. He appears in videos with GUR patches and continues radical rhetoric against the Turkish government. Turkish authorities are investigating him for insulting officials and inciting insurrection.
